We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. For orders shipping to Australian addresses, please allow 2-8 business days for it to arrive. You will be notified once your order leaves our studio. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going). For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. Slow Journal is not responsible for any customs requirements when your order reaches its destination.

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
